Meet Your New Daily Essential
Let's take a deep dive into our hero ingredient, Myo-Inositol.
What Is Myo-Inositol?
Myo-Inositol is the most bioavailable form of Inositol. It is a natural sugar compound found in abundance throughout the human body and is a powerful ingredient for overall health.
Myo-Inositol can be consumed via foods such as fruits, beans, nuts and grains. The human body can also produce inositol from carbohydrates.
An average adult consumes approximately 1g of Myo-Inositol daily through their diet, yet when taken in larger doses as a supplement, Myo-Inositol has been found to have a wide range of benefits to your fertility and hormonal health.
One Ingredient, Multiple Benefits
Supports healthy reproductive hormones
Myo-Inositol supports healthy reproductive hormone levels by enhancing insulin sensitivity, minimising the impact of insulin on the ovaries. This improves hormonal profiles, reducing androgen levels and regulating follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). Excess androgen levels have also been linked to a number of PCOS symptoms such as hirsutism and acne.
Helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels
Myo-inositol supports insulin signalling and glucose metabolism, helping the body to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. This is important as chronically elevated insulin levels can disrupt the balance of key reproductive hormones and contribute to inflammation and metabolic disorders. It can also stimulate the ovarian cells to produce excess androgens, thereby interfering with the ovulation cycle.
Supports reproductive system health
Myo-inositol plays a crucial role in reproductive health by improving ovarian function and egg quality, essential for fertility.
Regulates healthy menstrual cycles
Myo-inositol is pivotal in regulating healthy menstrual cycles. Research has shown it is particularly effective in women with PCOS, where it significantly improves menstrual regularity. For instance, a study by Gerli et al. reported improved ovarian function and cycle normalisation in 65% of PCOS patients treated with Myo-inositol.
Who Is It For?
Research supports Myo-Inositol supplementation for:
- Women diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
- IVF Patients
- Couples looking to conceive or optimise their fertility
- People with Insulin Resistance

What Do Our Customers Think?
How long will it take to see results?
While individual results will vary, the majority of research supporting the use of Myo-Inositol is based off consistent usage of a minimum 3 month period.
Like with any supplement, consistency is also key here, so following the directions for use and consistently taking this each day will be beneficial.
We recommend consulting with your healthcare professional before starting any vitamins or supplements.
Does your Myo-Inositol contain the 40:1 ratio?
Our Inositol powder contains Myo-Inositol only. We have not formulated our product to contain the 40:1 ratio of Myo & D-Chiro Inositol (MI/DCI) as some studies have identified some potential negative effects on fertility and egg quality from consuming too much D-Chiro Inositol. The majority of relevant benefits are derived from Myo-Inositol and this is also one of the more bioavailable forms of Inositol. While more research is needed in this space, for these reasons we have chosen not to formulate our product to the 40:1 ratio.
Does this product contain gluten or dairy?
Our Myo-Inositol is free from gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, shellfish, sulfites and artificial flavours or sweeteners. Contains corn (maize).
Can I take this product if I'm currently pregnant?
Current research suggests Myo-Inositol is safe to consume during pregnancy (and can even be beneficial for gestational diabetes), however we recommend discussing ANY supplements or medicines with your healthcare professional first when trying to conceive or when pregnant.
Can I take Myo-Inositol via tablet or capsule form rather than a powder?
Yes absolutely, however the research supports dosage levels of 4g per day which would equate to roughly 8 capsules per day, which is obviously a lot! Our customers find it much easier to consume this dosage by mixing 1 scoop daily into a drink.
Does the Myo-Inositol powder have a strong taste?
Our Myo-Inositol powder is unflavoured and mixes well into beverages. It does not carry a strong flavour, but may have a slight sweet taste.
