What is Myo-Inositol?
Inositol is a naturally occurring compound found in the body and food. There are a number of forms of Inositol, with Myo-Inositol being one of the most popular and bioavailable forms.
There is a large and growing body of research focused on the use of Myo-Inositol as a treatment option for PCOS and improving fertility outcomes.
Research currently supports the use of Myo-Inositol supplementation for maintaining healthy blood sugar levels and supporting healthy reproductive hormones, making it a popular treatment option for many women.
Can I take Myo-Inositol along with other vitamins and supplements?
Myo-Inositol is a naturally occurring compound and is generally considered safe however we recommend discussing ANY supplements or medicines with your healthcare professional first.
Can I take Myo-Inositol while pregnant?
Current research suggests Myo-Inositol is safe to consume during pregnancy (and even beneficial for gestational diabetes), however we recommend discussing ANY supplements or medicines with your healthcare professional first when trying to conceive or when pregnant.
Can men take Myo-Inositol?
Yes, in fact current research supports the use of Myo-Inositol supplementation for sperm health and motility.
Do your products contain gluten or dairy?
Our Myo-Inositol product is free from gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, shellfish, sulfites and artificial flavours or sweeteners. It does contain corn (maize).
Can I take Myo-Inositol via tablet or capsule form rather than a powder?
Yes absolutely, however the research supports dosage levels of 4g per day which would equate to roughly 8 capsules per day, which is obviously a lot! Our customers find it much easier to consume this dosage by mixing 1 scoop daily into a drink.
Does the Myo-Inositol powder have a strong taste?
Our Myo-Inositol powder is unflavoured and mixes well into beverages. It does not carry a strong flavour, but may have a slight sweet taste.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are proudly manufactured locally in Australia.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Please note, we do not dispatch orders during weekends or on public holidays. There may be dispatch delays during peak sale periods or promotions.
Will I receive any tracking numbers for my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the order and we will be in touch asap to rectify.
Which countries do you ship to?
Inner Addition currently ships all orders from Australia. Outside of Australia, we also ship internationally to NZ, USA + Canada, UK + Ireland, EU and the Asia Pacific region.
Do I have to pay any taxes, duties or customs on my order?
For customers outside of Australia, any import taxes, customs or duties are separate to Inner Addition’s charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We are unfortunately not able to accept any returns for change of mind items, due to the nature of the product.
If you have received the wrong items or your item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please send a photo of the item in an unopened condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
For all one-time purchases, we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, GPay and AfterPay.

How does your subscription option work?
You can opt to setup a subscription by selecting the subscribe & save option on your choice of product. You can choose the desired order frequency, so that you don’t need to worry about remembering to order your next batch.
Our subscribe & save option gives you 15% off and free standard shipping on all orders.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account and selecting manage subscription.
Can I change the details of my subscription, or choose to skip a delivery?
For sure! Simply log into your account, and select manage subscription. From here you can change the date of your next delivery, skip a delivery or change your payment or delivery details.
When will I be charged for each order?
You will be charged on the day your order is processed. We will send a reminder to your before your next order is due.
